Summer Mass Schedule Changes During the summer the 12:10 PM Daily Mass is discontinued, and both the 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM Masses are celebrated in the Lady Chapel. Our summer Daily Mass schedule runs through Friday, September 3rd. The 11:00 AM Wallace Hall Family Mass will resume on Sunday, September 12th.
The Parish House will be closed on Monday, September 6th, in observance of Labor Day. One Mass will be celebrated at 8:30 AM in the Lady Chapel. There will be no 12:10 or 5:30 PM Masses.
Congratulations and best wishes to Patrick Nolan, S.J., who pronounced his first vows as a Jesuit at the novitiate in Syracuse, New York, on August 14th. Patrick is a former parishioner of St. Ignatius Loyola and was also an active member of the Ignatian Young Adults. Please keep Patrick in your prayers as he begins his philosophy studies at Loyola University in Chicago.

Save the Date! “Walk a Mile in My Shoes” Friends of the Poor Walk on Saturday, September 25th
A nationwide event sponsored by the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. The goal of the walk is to raise awareness of the challenges faced by the poor and raise money for use in direct service to the poor. Additional details to follow….
Religious Education for Children Registrations for 2010-2011 can be made by calling the Parish House at 212-288-3588. Registration forms can also be found by clicking on the “Education” tab above and scrolling down to “Interparish Religious Education.” Classes begin the week of September 20th.
